Life Back Then
A printing-press town, a dream of astronomy, and where it all started.

I born in a lower middle-class family, my father own a printing press in a so-called town , In 2012, finally I finished my schooling with big dreams of becoming an astronomer, falling in love , earn big and lead a luxury life ! Yeah, I want to study astronomy , the things outside our earth , stars , planet , universe everything made me go crazy but unfortunately, I was in a society where parents believe studying engineering will make life better .As I said before my parents too want me to do engineering ( actually I don’t have guts to fight for what I needed against my parents will ,later I learned that! ) . I am in final year of engineering but I never find myself in ( I can’t see my career as an engineer ), the backbencher, having 6 backlogs ( although that was a different story ) . But I won’t regret this because these four years made me a man I am!! These four years changed the way I look at the life ( as I said before it was different then ).
I always had a question about our existence .It appeared as a cycle that everyone followed.
Born-Study-Earn-Marriage-Children-bringing up children-retiring-reliving memories– die
Till study—we act according to our parents
After marriage– We spend our entire life in bringing up our children.
Everyone is running toward this which seems stupid to me . I know I can’t really follow this cycle . I want to live but I don’t know how !! I was like why the hell am feeling like this because everyone around me didn’t even understand what I am saying to them . They think I am crazy ( my father once said that if I keep on thinking about these I will go mad one day that scares me really ). These are three years back when I thought am only on who has these kinds of thoughts .
In 2014, I went to cuttralam with my friends , that’s where I first time opened up with my friends about my desire to travel to all countries . I said to them that “ if I ever get a chance I will take that at any cost “ ( I still remember these words even after two years )
Till Jan 2015, I am not aware of full-time traveler. It was when I accidentally went through a book called “ TEN SMALL STEPS , ONE GIANT LEAP ” written by “the Travelling Dutchman“ ( Those days were difficult ,I was at the height of the depression and I was looking for a way to divert myself ) . That’s how I went through this book and it was about travelling the world at cheap cost . After finishing that book something made me read about the author ( I won’t read books often and so I never read about the author before that , but here I read ) he mentioned himself as a “full-time traveler “ a word I never came across before so I searched for his blog where I got a huge surprise “ He is living a life that I always wanted to “ that made me really curious . After talking to him only I came to know there were a lot of traveler like him and am not the only who has these kinds of weird thought . That was a huge relief !!!
Now , I am just a few days away from my first solo trip . Thank you Jasper Ribbers (The Travelling Dutchman”) for the talks that clear my mind. I wish someday I will meet you as I said to you 😉 )
